Come and experience a unique stay in the heart of the Swiss Alps in our warm and fully equipped chalet, ideal for a holiday with family, friends or as a couple with the Love Room. Nestled in Saclentse (Nendaz), the Chalet Opalpin Lodge & Spa offers a cosy atmosphere, breathtaking views of the mountains and direct access to nature.

There is nothing worse than arriving in a poorly equipped or poorly decorated chalet, where the jacuzzi is cold. Nothing more annoying than having to buy, for only 2 days, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, a hairdryer, garbage bags, coffee, olive oil, firewood or even salt and pepper.
With us, all this is already planned. You will find the jacuzzi hot and ready to use, hooks are placed right next to it to hang your bathrobe so you can enjoy a fabulous experience! We even have a Uno H2O card game to enjoy moments with family, friends or as a couple in the water and a big UE Boom! Bed linen is ready on your arrival, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided for the spa. You will find enough wood for the stove, as well as everything needed to cook and share warm meals (fondue, raclette, basic spices, oil, coffee, tea, sugar). Even small touches such as a new sponge and dish soap are included. For us: all this is THE BASICS of a good holiday home!
In short: you have (almost) nothing to think about, just prepare yourself mentally for the 100 steps to get there and then simply enjoy 🧖♀️🧖✨🏔️

🚗 Access & Parking:
Two private parking spaces are available at the foot of the chalet. Please note that access is via about 100 steps: a small effort rewarded with an exceptional view and a timeless stay! Other parking options are possible in the surroundings.
❄️ In winter: plan a vehicle equipped (snow tires or chains). The path is cleared regularly.

Message from the Owner
The story of this incredible chalet… ✨
To begin with, it’s quite funny to say that it is located on a plot called “le fou” 😂
This chalet belonged for about 25 years to a gentleman who lived there all year round. He was certainly motivated to climb those steps every day! 😉 Then, as he grew older, he was forced to sell it. A couple of Polish dentists working in Geneva became the new owners. Shortly after, their family grew and they had a baby, which forced them, 6 months later, to sell the property. Childcare options did not suit them and they wished to move closer to their parents in Poland.
And me, to honor my family heritage and my ancestors, but also to realize my dream and goal of renting out my own place, I went to visit this property. When I arrived, breathless, at the top of the steps, I was immediately captivated by the magic of this place. Here’s what I said: “It’s love at first sight. This is my home” 😍! I truly love the Nendaz region, and the chalet is right next to the ski slopes!
I won’t say everything is perfect, but overall this property meets what I myself expect from a holiday rental. Certain flaws inherent to the chalet cannot be removed, but that is also part of its charm and authenticity. I have done my best to arrange it, so I really hope you will love it as much as I do!
As for the name, “Opalpin Lodge & Spa”, it connects the “mountain” aspect with the luxury of a precious stone: the opal. In addition, white opals are reminiscent of snow. As for the word “spa”, it had to appear in the name because, for those who know me well, it was an essential element of my concept.
In the future, my wish would be to add a sauna and perhaps a veranda, to further develop the potential of this chalet for an even more exotic and incredible experience.
